Dr Sue Gessler

Dr Sue Gessler is a clinical psychologist with over 30 years' experience. She specialises in psychological effect of physical illness, surgery and cancer alongside a broad approach to anxiety and depression using a range of therapies matched to the individual. She is  an expert witness in the areas of  gynaecological cancers, gynaecological surgery trauma and loss of fertility. As Clinical Lead for Communications Skills for UCL Hospitals, she trains facilitators in Advanced Communications Skills Training for senior clinical practitioners and delivers courses to consultants, senior nurses and other health care workers.

Dr Gessler holds a BA, MSc, and PhD. She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, and a Chartered Clinical Health Psychologist.
